Q..		What payment options do you offer.
A.		We accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal, NOCHEX, Personal Cheques & Postal Orders. Credit and Debit Card payments are processed using Protx who are one of the largest independent Payment Service Providers in the UK. If you have a PayPal account you will be able to use it to pay us. If you have a NOCHEX account you can use it to pay us. If you prefer you can pay us by Cheque or Postal Order, but if you do use this method please make sure you complete the order process and fill in the Order Form otherwise your order will not be placed. You can choose which payment method to use from the payment options page in the checkout.

Q.		Do you accept Credit Card/Debit Card orders by telephone.
A.		No Credit Card/Debit Card orders can only be placed by using the website. This is due to the high cost of processing Credit Card/Debit Card transactions by telephone.

Q.		When will my order be despatched.
A.		Items in stock will normally be despatched the following working day by Royal Mail First Class Post, Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery depending on the order value. If an item is not currently in stock we will contact you to let you know when the item will be in stock again. If you would like to confirm an item is in stock prior to ordering please contact us. Q.		Do you Deliver outside the UK.
A.		No - currently we can only Deliver within the UK.
